Definition:


For each printer that is set up within the system, a check number must be configured. This menu option will allow for the check number to be designated. The checks printed in relation to the printer setup will be in sequential order. All other check configuration set is done through a Jasper Report (image to print setup by CUProdigy), Branch Configuration, and the GL System.

Procedure:


  • Navigation: F3- System Tables: Check Number Maintenance




















  • Select ‘New’ to create a new Branch


  • Category: Create your branch or department category (See PRINTER ROUTING LOCATION CONFIGURATION)


  • Check Number: Put the number the checks will start at the branch.


  • SAVE/CANCEL to continue. Repeat for all categories and branches.
